Group Online Tutoring (1 hour lesson): £30
One-to-one Online Tutoring (1 hour lesson): £60 GCSE, Keystage 2 and 3

Payment
I will send you a half termly invoice through TutorBird. All sessions are invoiced after the trial lesson with full payment required before tutoring continues.
Cancellation
Both the client and the tutor must notify the other in advance of any holiday commitments they may have; any changes to the tuition timetable necessary because of illness. Either an alternative date may be arranged or a recorded session can be provided. Count On Me Online Maths Tuition operates a 24 hour cancellation policy and reserves the right to charge the client in full if a lesson is cancelled at short notice.
Mid-Year Entry
My maths groups follow a carefully planned and cumulative programme across the academic year, with most students joining in September.

Occasionally, a place becomes available during the year. Where this is the case, students are very welcome to join at the current teaching point, provided there is space within the appropriate group.

Mid-year trial lessons are offered at the standard lesson rate. Places are confirmed upon receipt of half-term payment.
This ensures continuity within the group and maintains the high academic standards and focused learning environment that parents expect.
Tutorbird
I use the TutorBird web-based app to manage my students, their schedule, Zoom lessons and billing. After student and parent information has been entered into TutorBird, login details will be created to access the Student Portal. When students log in to TutorBird they’re able to view their lesson schedule, access their lessons and view past attendance. Parents will have access to view their "Account & Invoices" (the financials).
